Paul âPoohâ Lunt is a multifaceted entrepreneur, artist, and executive whose mission is to empower creatives through meaningful ownership, strategic growth, and cross-cultural connection. As the founder, President, and CEO of Popolo Music Group (PMG) and Popolo Music Publishing, he brings a unique blend of business acumen and creative intuition to the evolving music landscape.
Poohâs entry into the music industry wasnât a pivotâit was a progression. With decades of experience building the Paul Lunt Group (PLG), a private equity firm with global investments in Entertainment, hospitality, retail, and finance, he developed a deep understanding of brand building, deal structuring, and long-term value creation. In 2022, he launched PMG with a clear vision: to create an independent music company that champions artist ownership, financial transparency, and global reachâwhile maintaining the heart of creative freedom.

We accept auditions from ages 14-25 for our training programs. Outside of the trainee program, artists of all ages are welcome to audition.
While experience is helpful, we value potential and passion above all else. A good attitude is very important.
Our team typically reviews applications within 2-4 weeks of submission. The candidates who successfully pass the initial phase are contacted via email. Those who fail to respond are automatically disqualified after 5 days.
